Description

The New Mt. Tabor UMC project included a church addition and renovation.

Scope of Work:

  • Structure: New addition with architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm plans.
  • Concrete: 4,056 sq. ft. foundation, slabs for lower level, elevator pit, and Porte Cochere.
  • Masonry & Metals: CMU block elevator shaft, brick matching existing, metal framing, staircases, and gutters.
  • Doors & Windows: Aluminum and wood doors, storefront entries, and insulated windows.
  • Roof & Insulation: Architectural shingle roofing, R-19 wall insulation, and R-26.8 roof panels.
  • Interior Finishes: Painting, wood cabinetry, custom flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles.
  • Electrical & HVAC: LED lighting, fire alarm system, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and elevator installation
