Cypress Pointe
Description
The Cypress Pointe project involved the construction of a fire station with three 80-foot bays, sleeping quarters for one engine company, and shared facilities with EMS, totaling 7,985SF. The facility includes 4,960SF of bay space and 2,995SF of office space, featuring 80-foot-deep bays to accommodate firefighting equipment. Lead by Project Developer Chris Wooley, supported by Bob Rawson, and overseen by Project Manager Mike Vanhoy and Superintendent Larry Reynolds, our team ensured efficient project execution.
