Lucky Clays

The Lucky Clays Farm project consisted of the construction of a 7,050 sq. ft. farm storage building.

Scope of Work:

• Structure: Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a 24-gauge standing seam metal roof and 26-gauge panel rib walls.
• Insulation: R-19 roof insulation and R-13 wall insulation.
• Doors & Windows:
  • Six overhead doors, fully weather-stripped with safety features.
  • Four pre-hung metal doors and one storefront window.
• HVAC: Three Greenheck exhaust fans and louvers providing six air changes per hour.
