New Life Church

The New Life Church project included a remodel and addition to the church’s location in Locust, NC.

Scope of Work Included:

• Demolition: Removal of the existing canopy, finishes, and walls as needed.
• Structural Work: Concrete foundations, steel stairs, framing, insulation, roofing, and fire-rated doors.
• Finishes: Painting, drywall, ceiling tiles, carpeting, and ceramic tiles.
• Plumbing & HVAC: Installation of water closets, sinks, water heaters, HVAC units, and fire dampers.
• Electrical: Installation of panels, outlets, lighting, emergency exits, and fire alarm systems.
• Fire Alarm & Access Control: Addressable panel, smoke detectors, pull stations, and testing.
• Earthwork: Grading.
