Alamance Anvil System

The Alamance Fire Trainer, completed in 2023, was the very first live burn training facility built by D. R. Reynolds Company, Inc. This two-box unit was designed to provide realistic and repeatable fire training and features our patent-pending burn room, a hydraulic-powered mobile vent prop, a cable-operated vent system, and integrated cleanouts for safe and efficient operation. As our first fire trainer project, Alamance set the foundation for our ongoing success in this specialized field. Since its completion, we have continued to learn, adapt, and refine our approach, applying the lessons gained from Alamance to design and construct increasingly advanced and customized fire trainers for departments across the region.
