Daniel Carpenter Mustang office is a 37,600 SF showroom and office complex in Concord, North Carolina, near the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Looking to expand their business for parts distribution, Daniel Carpenter approached D. R. Reynolds who came up with the most cost-effective and attractive building to showcase his Ford Mustang business on the heavily traveled road, Concord Parkway South.

This building utilizes 8” precast concrete wall panels, insulated and set in place on a 6” concrete slab. Within the walls is an 11,000 square foot mezzanine that houses room for expansion of office personnel, breakroom, bathrooms, and ADA access.

The Mustang project utilized energy-efficient lighting and state-of-the-art rack and tracking systems to filter and pull part orders. The project was completed in 9 months by Project Manager Mike Vanhoy and Superintendent Mickey Davis, with the erection performed in-house by the D. R. Reynolds steel crew. The Mustang project had high standards, quality control, and professional-grade construction for the duration of the project.
